Our company was established in 2002, which is a excellent private enterprise specialized in manufacturing the wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant,       heat-resistant high manganese steel and alloy steel castings. The dimensions of the castings are accurate, its tolerance of dimension is up to CT11, surface finish, roundness tolerance and weight bias all reached to the technical standard or the requirement according to the customer's drawings. The products are including magnetic liners, rolling acetabular wall, broken barrier, movable tooth plate, fixed tooth plate, guard board and plate hammer and all kinds of wear-resistant castings. The product quality is better than the requirement of national standards. Our"HESHIBI"brand wear-resistant materials are widely used in cement building materials, metal mining,power plants, engineering machinery, traffic and transportation and a good reputation has been received from customers at home and abroad.

The group has the capacity of mechanical working.The mechanical equipment is advanced, and has 7 sets vertical lathes and 3 sets horizontal lathes, which can provides the machining services to facilitate the needs of the users.The company also has one set of 10T electric arc furnace, two 3.5T medium frequency furnaces,one 20T refining furnace, five sets of heat treatment electric kiln.The largest steel weight is 18 tons.The test instruments include spectrometer and optical microscope imported from German, Los type hardness tester, the high frequency hardness tester infrared carbon-sulfur analyzer, automatic analyzer computer digital display, precision balance etc. The group has the ability to design and install the products, and with advanced technology.The quality of the products is dependable and for good service, prestige first.
